Philippe is also Co-Chairman of Jacobs Holding, a major Swiss-based family controlled investment company. He previously was at Aalto Invest, a value-focussed investment firm acquired by Man Group, and spent time in investment banking at UBS and RBS. He holds an M.Sc. Finance from Imperial College and a BA from St Gallen.
Jacob – pronounced [Yakob] – joined Telemos in 2017. Prior to that he spent nine years at global investment firm TPG, where he co-headed the European consumer, retail & leisure sector and was responsible for the Nordic region. Before TPG he was with Altor, the Nordic mid-market private equity firm, where he was involved in a number of investments across business services and industrials. Jacob started his career at Goldman Sachs, in the European investment banking team. He has an MBA from Columbia University and read PPE at Oxford University.
Sean joined Telemos after heading a significant London-based single-family office, and being COO of The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. His earlier career was in corporate finance/investment banking with Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Goldman Sachs. He holds an US Law Degree from the University of Chicago and an honours BA in economics from Harvard College.
Johan joined Telemos in 2022. Prior to that he spent eight years at European buyout firm Cinven, where he was part of the Financial Services and Business Services teams and was also responsible for coverage of the Nordic region. Before Cinven, Johan worked as an Associate in the Nordic M&A team at J.P. Morgan (London). He holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management with studies at Lund Institute of Technology and ETH Zurich.
Bertrand is a Vice President of and Advisor to the Telemos Group. He joined Telemos in 2017. Prior to that, he was an associate at J.P. Morgan in London where he was part of the Benelux M&A and Corporate Finance team. He holds an MSc. in International Business from HEC Paris and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Management and Political Science from Université Saint-Louis – Bruxelles.
Dipesh joined Telemos in 2018. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Rothschild in London, where he spent over three years as part of the Healthcare M&A team, working across Healthcare Services, Pharma and MedTech. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Classics from Oxford University (New College).
Guy joined Telemos in 2022. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management in London for over five years, investing in mid-market private equity and special situations across Europe. He started his career in the M&A Execution team at Morgan Stanley. Guy holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School and a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
Alessandro joined Telemos in 2020. Prior to that, he was an Investment Associate at Novalpina Capital in London where he was part of the distressed and special situations team. He was previously an Analyst at Moelis & Company in London, focusing on M&A and Restructuring transactions. He holds an MSc. in Finance from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
Catherine joined Telemos in 2023. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Greenhill in London, where she was part of the generalist M&A advisory team. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
Jason – pronounced [Yazon] – joined Telemos in 2022. Prior to that, he worked at Lazard in London where he was part of the Natural Resources and Healthcare M&A teams. Jason holds a First Class, BSc degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
Livio joined Telemos in 2021. Prior to Joining Telemos, he worked at Credit Suisse in the Mid-Market Investment Banking team and Financial Sponsors Group in Zurich and London. He holds an MSc. degree in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc. degree in Business Administration from the ZHAW School of Management and Law.
Anne-Caroline joined Telemos Holding, a related company based in Luxembourg, in 2019. Active in Luxembourg since 2005, she spent the last ten years working for a family office where she was in charge of accounting, consolidation, tax and legal matters. Prior to that, she held accounting positions with Ernst & Young and Ikano and started her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in France. Anne-Caroline holds a masters degree in finance, accounting and audit from EM Strasbourg Business School.
Maria joined Telemos in 2019. Her career spans over 17 years’ as Office Manager and C-Level support within the Private Equity and Financial Services sectors. Prior to joining Telemos, Maria worked at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and KPMG LLP (Canada). Maria holds a BSc. Management Sciences from Warwick Business School (University of Warwick).
